How AI generates a COSHH assessment

Safe Foundry turns a Safety Data Sheet into a structured COSHH risk assessment in three stages, so a non-specialist gets a compliant draft in minutes.

1 — Read the sheet

The AI parses the SDS and pulls out hazards, H-codes, pictograms, route of exposure and any exposure limits.

2 — Assess the risk

Hazards are weighed against quantity, frequency and the controls already in place to produce a risk rating — Low, Medium or High.

3 — Recommend controls

• Engineering controls (e.g. local exhaust ventilation)
• PPE — gloves, goggles, respiratory protection
• Safe handling, storage and disposal notes
