No. The register organises products, SDS information, locations and assessment links. A COSHH assessment still considers the specific activity, exposure routes, people at risk and controls in your workplace.
Does uploading an SDS automatically use AI credits?
No. An SDS can be stored and scanned without starting extraction. AI auto-fill is a separate user action, and its result must be reviewed before it becomes confirmed register data.
Can one chemical be stored in several places?
Yes. A chemical record can be assigned to multiple locations with approximate quantity and container details, so the register reflects presence across the location tree.
Does Safe Foundry track real-time stock balances?
No. The current register records presence and approximate quantity. It is chemical-safety software, not a transactional warehouse system with consumption, purchasing or low-stock accounting.
