What teams ask before getting started

Clear boundaries matter in chemical safety. These answers explain what Safe Foundry supports and where professional judgement stays essential.

Are Safe Foundry QR labels public links?

No. A scan resolves the label through Safe Foundry and still requires the product's normal organisation access and authorisation rules before protected information is shown.

Does the segregation check approve a storage location?

No. It is an advisory screen based on confirmed transport-class data and the recorded boundary. It does not model ventilation, bunding, fire resistance, package condition, quantity limits or every site-specific risk.

Can locations have photographs?

Yes. You can add a location photograph and mark a placement point. Basic currently limits photographed locations; paid plans provide broader photo access as shown on the live pricing page.

Can Safe Foundry track chemicals in more than one location?

Yes. The same chemical can be assigned to several locations with separate approximate quantity and container context for each placement.
